Kalives Villa is a three-story villa consisting of four bedrooms, one of them on the
ground floor, with twin-size beds. On the ground floor, the open-plan space area offers
direct access to the pool area. The real heart of the home is the open plan living area with a
fireplace and the scenery is completed with a kitchen with a modern design and all the
necessary amenities for easy preparation of meals. There is also a ding space where you
could enjoy your meals gazing at the sea. On the same floor, you can find a communal
bathroom with a shower.
On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms, one of them
offers two single beds, one bedroom with a king-size bed and the third bedroom provides
a king-size bed. One of the bedrooms offers a hydro-massage Jacuzzi bath. All of the
bedrooms on the upper floor offer a unique sea view from the balconies.
On the lower level, there is a gym for anyone who wants to keep up with their workout
routine. Furthermore, in the same area, there is a sauna room where you can relax and a
shower room.
