This spacious three-storey villa is located in the traditional village of Embrosneros, in the Apokoronas region of Chania, offering a private and comfortable retreat ideal for large families or groups. With a total interior living area of 400 sq.m., the villa accommodates up to 12 guests in beds, with additional sleeping capacity available through sofa beds, providing flexibility without compromising comfort or privacy.

Ground Floor
The ground floor features a comfortable living area with a fireplace and seating area, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining space suitable for everyday use and family meals. Two bedrooms with double beds are located on this level, along with a shared bathroom and laundry facilities, offering convenience and easy access.

First Floor
The first floor hosts two spacious bedrooms with king-size beds, each featuring a sofa bed and a private en-suite bathroom with bathtub. Both rooms open onto balconies, providing natural light and a pleasant sense of openness.

Second Floor
The top floor includes two additional bedrooms with king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms with showers and sofa beds. Each bedroom benefits from air conditioning, Smart TV and access to a private balcony, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests.

Outdoor Facilities

Set within 1,000 sq.m. of landscaped outdoor space, the villa’s exterior areas are designed for leisure, dining and relaxation.

The outdoor area includes a private heated swimming pool (40 sq.m.), surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas. A fully equipped outdoor kitchen, pergola-shaded dining area and barbecue corner with charcoal, gas and wood stove create an ideal setting for outdoor meals and social gatherings for larger groups.

The spacious terrace also offers a calm environment suitable for yoga, meditation or simply enjoying the serene countryside atmosphere. Private parking is available on the property for 6–7 vehicles.
