With bedrooms arranged across separate levels, the residence is ideally suited for two couples travelling together or families with older children, offering shared living spaces alongside distinct private retreats.

The villa features approximately 200.26 sq.m. of interior living space and accommodates up to 4 adults, with additional provision for children in cot beds. Large openings, open-plan interiors, and seamless indoor–outdoor flow create a bright, airy atmosphere throughout the home.

Indoor Spaces

The interiors are design-led, combining white marble floors, soft contemporary furnishings, and subtle accents of colour. Floor-to-ceiling windows connect the living areas directly to the pool terrace, enhancing the sense of openness and natural light.

Ground Floor

The ground floor hosts a spacious open-plan living and dining area, comfortably furnished and ideal for shared moments. The fully equipped modern kitchen is designed for both everyday use and relaxed entertaining.
A ground-floor bedroom with garden and pool views provides convenient, step-free accommodation, making this level suitable for wheelchair users. A modern WC with shower and double washbasin completes this floor.

First Floor
The upper level is dedicated to a private master suite. This serene space features a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a freestanding bathtub, and a private veranda furnished for relaxation. Elevated positioning offers open views toward the sea, creating an ideal setting for quiet mornings and sunset evenings.

Outdoor Spaces

The outdoor areas are thoughtfully arranged for comfort and enjoyment. A private heated infinity-edge swimming pool (32 sq.m.) with hydromassage forms the focal point, complemented by sun loungers and shaded dining areas.
